Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, that is 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note Return and refunds are not accepted without a valid reason, returns are accepted only under situations where the product shipped is in error or wrong items delivered. Please create a video while opening the box to be eligible for a refund/return. No queries will be entertained without a genuine video. Return shipping charges must be paid by you to inititate return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., flowers decors, plant decors), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with questions or concerns about specific items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
